[Lottery Method & Winner Announcement]

For campaigns with a lottery (②), the drawing will be conducted fairly at the XREAL booth during the event, with staff present.

Winners will be announced on the spot, and prizes will be handed out after verifying purchase receipts or eligible tickets.

Winning rights cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

[Coupon Distribution (Campaign ①)]

Customers who purchase eligible products can receive a coupon by presenting their receipt at the XREAL booth and registering their email address via a designated form.

The coupon will be sent within one business day after registration.

Coupons are valid only on the official XREAL online shop. Validity period: Sep 14, 2025 00:00 – Oct 19, 2025 23:59 (JST).

[Handling of Personal Information]

Registered email addresses will only be used for coupon distribution and identity verification related to this campaign.

Personal information will not be provided to third parties except as required by law.

[Use of SNS Posts (Campaign ③)]

Content posted for this campaign (including photos, comments, and account names) may be featured on the organizer’s official website, social media accounts, or at the event venue.

By posting, participants are deemed to have agreed to the above use.

Posts that violate public order and morals, or infringe on the rights of third parties, will be invalid.

[Campaign Changes or Cancellation]

This campaign may be changed or canceled without prior notice under the following circumstances:

Natural disasters, epidemics, power outages, or other force majeure events

System failures or other unavoidable reasons

Operational reasons of the organizer

In the event of changes or cancellation, announcements will be made on the official website or official SNS accounts.

Participation is limited to residents of Japan.

Resale of prizes or coupons is strictly prohibited.

For Campaign ③, prizes are limited in quantity and will be available only while supplies last.
